Our trailers are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the great outdoors. Standard features include a coffee maker and toaster for your morning brew and breakfast, pots and pans for cooking up your favorite meals, and dishes, bowls, glasses, and mugs to serve them in. You’ll also find plenty of utensils and silverware to make meal prep and eating a breeze.
To keep things clean, we provide soap in both the kitchen and bathroom, along with dish soap and a sponge for easy cleaning. And of course, we know how important it is to have enough toilet paper on hand, so we provide up to 4 rolls to get you started. Plus, you’ll have pillows to ensure a good night’s sleep.
For those looking for extra amenities, we offer a range of optional add-ons for an additional charge. For a cozy evening around the campfire, you can rent one of our Disney-approved fire pits and stock up on firewood and torches. Refund policy
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, we offer full refunds for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in, minus a $25 booking fee. After that, we offer a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in, and no refunds after that. Please note that we do not provide refunds for any unused days of your rental.
Customer Service: In the event of any trailer malfunction or other customer service issue, we will provide you with customer service certificates that can be used for future rentals only.
Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for any reason
